Good quality comfortable multipurpose shoes are getting harder and harder to find but that not the case here with Florsheim. Florsheim makes a great shoe and this shoe is no exception, the fit is spot on true to size in width. The finish is durable and last the the occasional scuff without much damage. Finally the look is very fashionable at least in the brown that I purchased elegant with a bit of ruggedness that allows for jeans, chino to Sunday best, but a fine tux or dressy suit would definitely be a most likely be a no. Great shoe and if they last as long as my others a great purchase.These shoes are amazing, very comfortable and look good @ $26.00 they are one of the best buys yet. I bought Nunn & Bush similar shoes about 11/2 yrs ago from Amazon Prime, I really like those shoes as well and tried to buy another pair in the ice color my size 10 W US. Tried all over including Nunn & Bush - nothing available. So I found these Florsheim Men's Escape Oxford, Ice and really like them a lot more.This was my 2nd pair of these shoes. Your price of $100.00 was on the high side. I purchased my last pair from 6PM.com for $39.99. Your online store was the only place I could find the shoe, so I paid your price -- A little supply and demand at work I guess. I have worn Florshein shoes all my adult life. *****This shoe is comfortable, stylish and great for everyday wear. Sturdy construction and looks like it will last a long time.The shoe design is narrower in the toe area and is not the same width as Rockport. Someone with a wide foot from the toe back, could not comfortable wear Florsheim.Florsheim continues to maintain quality shows that are best suited for my feet. Most shoes cause my feet to hurt after a while, but I typically have the least amount of trouble from Florsheim.Great fit, comfy liner, looks outstanding - at an amazing price. I will be shopping here again, and the rest of this review is redundant indeed - Amazon as encourager of unnecessary prolixity!I purchased these for my husband for work and he said they are true to size and no break in time. he said they are very comfortable. Will be back to buy more.
