I got two of these in different sizes and both were super huge in the legs, so I had to return. I don't have a huge bump yet and I understand all the room in the belly but i could literally fit my whole arm in the leg of the pant along with my leg, both with my usual size and a size down. It's pretty stretchy, it doesn't need to be that roomy. And I definitely don't have skinny legs. I doubt my legs will double in size in the latter half of my pregnancy (at least I hope not!), so these just didn't work. It seems like it's high quality though and I wish it worked for me. If you want a baggy style maybe this will work. Or size down like 3 sizes? I gave up after 2 tries.
