Carhartt Women's Denim Double Front Bib Overalls - Durable Workwear for Farming, Construction & Outdoor Activities

I bought both small and medium and kept the medium. I’m 5ft 3 in and 130lbs. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very comfortable and easy to move in! I’m looking forward to wearing these this fall and winter!The fabric is nicely stretchy, washes well, and actually is somewhat flattering, considering that they are designed to be for utility rather than fashion. The stretchy fabric and all the pockets make them very useful for gardening and yard work. It seems that they will also be very durable. I couldn’t get the short in extra small, so they are a bit long, but the short in small were too baggy.Well made (as are all Carhartts) but way too big.Returning and ordering a small (I’m 5’4, 130lbs, and usually a reliable medium, size 8Overall, awesome, but still had to return, as they did not fit over hips well. Fabric was too tight, even on the appropriate size everywhere else. May not have worked for me, but the construction is great. Very sturdy; heavy duty. And of course, overalls, so they are fun!I dislike the strap closing. Women open and close the straps many times during the day. I am considering replacing them with some I buy from another company.I love these comfy overalls, but truth be told, I could have ordered a size smaller and been just fine. I haven’t washed them yet, so I will know more about how they shrink/fit afterwards. Otherwise, they are very comfy and have extra utility pockets for doing chores outside.Exactly what I needed to do chores and not get dirty before work. I had a pair of these years ago, and I’m glad I ordered another pair.Well made, they are true to size Fabric is thick without being stiff. Quality product.I've been wanting a good pair of overalls for home improvement work/lawn care/etc. My husband is a diehard Carhartt pants buyer so I thought I'd check what was available for women. I am between a size 6/8 right now and thought I'd prefer to size up as I'd rather they be a little baggy vs too snug. I got a medium and it was perfect. They have a slight stretch and are a touch on the baggy size which is great for moving around. I LOVE how many pockets there are. My only complaint- and this has to do with my body shape, not the overalls. I have a small waist and larger hips/butt so there is a bit of gapping in the back. However I have this issue with any overalls I've purchased. I think it might be easily fixed with a belt. Also noticed that upon opening the package there was a plastic smell- more like pool chlorine smell. I've washed them twice now and the smell is still faintly there. I don't mind it though so not a huge deterant. Overall (lol) great product.Great product she loves them bought for outdoor work , she thinks their for best lol.Nice dungarees, good fit, good quality, All perfect.I'm 5'2 (158cm) and weighs about 113lb (51kg). Got a small-short and it fits a little loose around the waist but the legs fit pretty nice. I like wearing a hoodie, sometimes two hoodies under my coverall when I work. If I was to get another one for fashion, I would get an extra small. The fabric is really stretchy and didn't feel like I'm wearing cardboard (like most mens coveralls).My bf saw my coverall and said maybe he'll get these next time. (He has the men's denim Carhartt coverall, but the fabric is not stretchy and it doesn't have double knee.)I can’t say enough about how great these overalls are. The stretch allows them to look slim but the super stretchiness allows for ultimate comfort. Way more comfortable than a thicker, non-stretch Carhartt overalls I own. Wish they came in more colors like a light or medium denim, or white! I’m 5’1” and 120lbs. I ordered a small, regular length. I was worried the short version could shrink. I wear them with the cuff rolled, which looks really cute; made the right choice because I found that they did shrink a little in the dryer.Based on the reviews I was expecting these to be thinner than I imagined. They fit well and are not quite as thick as my very rugged Carhartts (the ones found at Marks) but not a light denim either.They are quite long for me but fit well over my blundstones. The only thing that seems strange to me is that I had to lengthen the straps to their longest length. I am only 5'5 and thought I was proportional. If you have a long torso for your height you may want to look at a long version.
